As the owner and leader of the company, John brings nearly two decades of experience working “in the trenches” with both buyers and sellers. Born from a love of his own Glendale neighborhood, John opened the company with a specific goal in mind – to represent buyers and sellers in a specialized and localized way that no other agency can match.
Prior to opening his independent brokerage in 2014, John was the #1 associate at a well-known national brokerage with over 500 agents locally. John has received accolades from the St. Louis Business Journal as a top performing real estate agent in the St. Louis market, serves as a committee member at the St. Louis Association of Realtors and is a frequent speaker on topics like our local markets, best practices for agents and real estate business planning.
Raised in Chesterfield in a “real estate family”, John attended both high school and college in St. Louis. John is married to Katie, and together they have seven (!) children ranging in age from 8 to 23. When out of the office, John loves watching his kids play “anything” and spending time with his family at their Innsbrook getaway.
